Can I make changes to my order?

No changes can be made in your order. If you want to make changes to your order, please contact us if your order has not been processed and shipped. If your order has been delivered to cargo, you must send the products to us with a request for exchange.

How will I monitor the status of my orders?

You can follow the status of your orders on the "ORDER DETAIL" screen by logging into your Account.

What payment options can I use for my purchases?

We currently only accept payments by Bank Transfer. We are working on credit card and other payment options.

How can I use the Money Transfer / EFT payment option?

In the payment step, you need to choose the Money Transfer / EFT option as the payment option. If you deposit the payment of your order to the relevant bank account in the mail to be sent to you after clicking the "Payment" button, your order will be prepared as soon as possible and sent to you. Orders that are not paid within 3 business days are canceled.

What should I do after I make my transfer / EFT payment?

How soon will my order arrive?

Your order will be delivered to the cargo within 1 business day after the confirmation of your payment, on average, if the products you ordered are available in stock. If the products are not available in stock, you will be contacted and informed specifically (Maximum 3-4 working days for production). There may be a delay between 1 and 2 days in product deliveries during special days and weeks and public holidays.

Can I order from abroad?

Use the 'DELIVERY FROM STORE' option as the delivery address for international orders. For overseas orders, the shipping fee belongs to the customer and our customer is informed specially about this and the cargo is sent by the customer. Your order will be processed once your payment appears in our account.

Is VAT included in the price of the products I buy?

VAT is not included in all prices you see on our site. The VAT amount of the products you buy is indicated on the invoice as 8% in buttons, buckles, pullers, binders, stoppers, rivets and 18% in brooches.

What do you do if the product I ordered is out of stock?

In such cases, which may occur rarely, we do your money back as soon as possible in order not to be a victim of our valued customer.

How can I cancel my order?

After creating your order on caglayanaksesuar.com, if your product is not yet packaged and put into production, you can send us your order cancellation request by clicking the "Cancel Order" button in the "My Account / Order Details" section. Your order will be canceled during the day. Please contact us for more detailed information.

Are the products I put in the basket reserved for me?

There is no stock reserve in the products added to the cart. The products can remain in your basket for 15 days, but another customer can purchase the same product.
