Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between Caglayan Tekstil Aksesuarlari San. ve Tic. Ltd. Sti., located at Keresteciler Sitesi M. Nezih Ozmen Mahallesi, Pelit Sokak, Issa Is Merkezi No: 26/5A, Merter / Gungoren / Istanbul, Turkiye, as the seller, and the consumer purchasing products through buttonsguy.com. The seller and consumer are referred to individually as a Party and together as the Parties.
By placing an order, the consumer confirms that they have read and understood this Agreement and that the information they provide is complete and accurate.
2. Subject
The purpose of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the Parties concerning products ordered online through the Site in accordance with Turkish consumer protection legislation and the applicable distance contracts rules.

4. Product, Price, Payment and Delivery
The basic characteristics of the ordered products, total price including applicable taxes, delivery charges and other order-specific information are shown on the Site and in the order confirmation sent to the consumer.
Payment may be made by the payment methods made available during checkout, including supported card payments and bank transfer where offered.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the consumer, subject to product availability and payment confirmation. Delivery charges are borne by the consumer unless otherwise stated on the relevant product or checkout page.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Where the consumer has a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable Turkish consumer law, the consumer may exercise that right within the legally applicable period by notifying the Company in writing or through a durable medium. The current Agreement states a 14-day withdrawal period beginning from delivery of the goods to the consumer or a third person designated by the consumer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer may send a written notice to info@buttonsguy.com. Goods subject to withdrawal must be returned within the period and under the conditions required by applicable law.
The right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception under applicable law is relevant, including goods prepared to the consumers specifications or personal needs, goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after protective packaging is opened, goods inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery, certain digital content and services, and other statutory exceptions.
If a valid withdrawal is exercised, refunds are made in accordance with applicable law and the payment method used for the transaction.
6. Statements and Obligations of the Parties
The consumer confirms that they have reviewed the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery information before placing the order. Delivery is subject to electronic confirmation of the Agreement and payment of the order price.
If delivery becomes impossible, the Company will inform the consumer in accordance with applicable law and refund amounts collected where required.
The Company is responsible for loss or damage until delivery to the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, except where the consumer selects a carrier not offered by the Company and the law provides otherwise.
7. Personal Data
Personal data provided in connection with an order may be processed for order, payment, delivery, customer service and legal compliance purposes in accordance with the Sites Privacy Policy and applicable personal data legislation.
8. Dispute Resolution
Complaints, objections and disputes arising from this Agreement may be submitted to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in accordance with the monetary limits and jurisdiction rules applicable under Turkish law.
9. Entry into Force
This Agreement enters into force when electronically approved by the consumer through the Site.
Withdrawal Form
This form may be used only when the consumer wishes to exercise a legally available right of withdrawal.
