Change requests can be reviewed if the order has not entered preparation, custom finishing, production or shipping. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once custom work has started or the parcel has been handed to the carrier, available options depend on the order status.

How can I track my order?

Check the current status in your account order details. When tracking information becomes available, it is shown in the order record or shipping notification.

Which payment methods can I use?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Bank transfer and supported secure online payment methods may be available. Options can vary by store, country and order conditions.

How can I pay by bank transfer?

If bank transfer is offered at checkout, you can select it as your payment method. Use only the current bank details shown during checkout or in your order notification, and include your order number in the payment reference.

What should I do after a bank transfer?

Once your payment reaches our account, your order enters payment verification. If needed, you can send the receipt through the store contact channels together with your order number.

When will my order ship and arrive?

Preparation time depends on stock, selected color or finish and any custom production requirement. Transit time after dispatch depends on the destination, address and carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We accept international orders. Shipping method, cost and estimated transit time depend on the destination, parcel details and carrier.

Are taxes and VAT included in prices?

Taxes depend on the store, destination country and order conditions and are shown in the cart, checkout summary or invoice. Check the current tax amount during checkout.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If stock or production availability changes, we contact you. Depending on the order status, we may offer a new preparation time, an alternative option or a refund process.

How can I cancel my order?

Send your cancellation request with your order number as soon as possible. Requests can be reviewed if preparation, custom finishing, production or shipping has not started. Available options for orders already in process depend on the order status.

Can I place wholesale or business orders?

Yes. For wholesale, business or custom-production requests, send the product code, quantity, color or finish preference and destination country to request a quotation.

Are products in my cart reserved for me?

Adding an item to the cart does not by itself reserve stock. Stock and option availability are confirmed when the order is placed and enters processing.
