Can I change my order?

Change requests can be reviewed if the order has not entered preparation, custom finishing, production or shipping. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once custom work has started or the parcel has been handed to the carrier, available options depend on the order status.

How can I track my order?

Check the current status in your account order details. When tracking information becomes available, it is shown in the order record or shipping notification.

Which payment methods can I use?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Bank transfer and supported secure online payment methods may be available. Options can vary by store, country and order conditions.

How can I pay by bank transfer?

If bank transfer is offered at checkout, you can select it as your payment method. Use only the current bank details shown during checkout or in your order notification, and include your order number in the payment reference.

What should I do after a bank transfer?

Once your payment reaches our account, your order enters payment verification. If needed, you can send the receipt through the store contact channels together with your order number.

Are products in my cart reserved for me?

Adding an item to the cart does not by itself reserve stock. Stock and option availability are confirmed when the order is placed and enters processing.
