Snap Buttons - How to Attach Snaps Correctly

Snaps Automatic machines and semi-automatic machines with various features are available for attaching buttons and snaps. Please refer to the specifications of different machines and follow the attachment methods below to ensure that the buttons and snaps are fitted correctly.
1. Avoid using an unsuitable snap die set
2. Make sure you are using the snapper correctly.
3. Avoid fastening on wavy fabrics or fabrics of varying thickness
Attaching waves to fabrics - snapping or snapping to fabrics of uneven thickness will cause snap buttons to break during use or poor closing/opening performance.
4. Make sure you attach the 2 parts of the snaps securely.
- Make sure you attach the 2 parts of the snap button securely to prevent them from coming off.
- Avoid unnecessary gaps between buttons and fabric.
5. Be sure to use fabrics or materials of the appropriate thickness for the studs.
6. Avoid snapping - snapping along the fold area/seam line
