Product and Order Delivery Information

After your payment is approved, your order is prepared according to the stock and production status of the products.

• Items in stock: Orders are generally handed over to the carrier within 24 hours.
• Special color coating: Subject to the conditions stated on the product page, orders are generally dispatched within 3–4 business days.
• Custom production: Lead time for logo, custom design, custom size or similar work is determined according to the order details. Please contact us through our contact channels for production and delivery information.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery time after dispatch may vary depending on the destination, the carrier's service network, seasonal volume, public holidays and other operational conditions. Current carrier rules apply to branch holding periods, redelivery and delivery procedures.

Any identity or delivery verification requested at the time of delivery is subject to the security procedures of the selected carrier.

Damaged or Missing Packages

• If the package is visibly torn, wet, crushed or otherwise damaged, please inspect it with the carrier representative whenever possible.
• If there is damage, a missing package or a discrepancy in the number of parcels, ask the carrier to create a damage or condition report.
• If you notice a problem after delivery, contact both the carrier and Buttonsguy as soon as possible.
